Are you ready for the great reset?
We've made it through the holidays. Christmas is over, new year's is just about over and it's time to get back to life.
This year let's do a fitness and health reset. We're going to work with people in the membership and the VIP membership at realpeople.fit to help them go through the 12 steps that we've discovered that helped us to move well, stay healthy, be happy in our seventies. Peggy and I are as fit as can be. Kim in late thirties is kicking butt and taking names.
We want to invite you to join us. This particular membership is only $10 a month, and I think you're gonna get tons of benefit out of it. We're going to do a weekly class, a live class for everybody to partake in. We're going to give tips and strategies every day and an assignment every day.
The idea is at the end of 30 days for you to feel better, to move with ease, to, to maybe lose a little weight. We're going to work on everybody's goals. Whoever's in it. We're going to find out all your goals and we will help you change to new healthy habits that will last you for the rest of your life.
