Would you like a shortcut for determining what are the best foods for you to eat? Foods that will help you to move well, stay healthy, be happy, live a long, healthy life. 

Boy, I sure do. And this tip is actually pretty simple. Here it is. Every time you eat, pay attention to how you feel afterwards.

If you eat do you immediately want to take a nap? Do you immediately want to go to bed? Maybe you're lethargic. You're tired. You're bloated.

That food probably isn't the best choice for you, at least at this point in your life. 

Sometimes after we eat clean for a while, or just as our metabolism changes over time, some foods that are not acceptable now will become acceptable and unfortunately, vice versa.

If you eat a meal and afterwards you feel amazing, you feel energized, you want to move, you feel great, you're breathing deeply. That's probably a food that should be on your, I think I should eat that list.
