Affirmations. They seem so silly. Why even do them? 

Have you ever felt like you needed... I don't know... a big hug? Sounds silly, right? But we've all been there. 

Affirmations are like giving yourself a big hug. It's for self love. 

You don't have to necessarily say them out loud if you don't want to. You can write your affirmations out on paper and put 'em somewhere that you see all the time, or you can silently say these positive quotes to yourself. Maybe even meditate with these affirmations. 

It's completely up to you, but give them a try. They've personally changed my life. And you have nothing to lose by trying. I hope you enjoy 'em as much as I do.

This week's affirmation... how should you do it? 

You could say it out loud. You could write it and place it somewhere that you can see it multiple times throughout the day. You could meditate to it. There's lots of different ways to get it in. Maybe just say it silently to yourself as you lay in bed.

I attract positive energy.

Remember, what you put out is what you get. 

Positive energy.

Say it to yourself. 

Believe it. 

Because it's true.
