Routine and Repetition
Did you know some of the most successful people in the world credit their success, credit their accomplishment to creating a routine and through repetition.
Through repeating, say a book on audio tape, to consistently repeat things and relearn, and relearn and relearn. Until it really hits home.
It's amazing, every time you reread a book, you're gonna find something different.
As far as the routine, creating daily healthy routines have a huge impact on your success. The success you're looking for, your health, your fitness, your income, your mind, no matter what it is, creating healthy routines.
For instance, I get up every day, I pour my cup of coffee. I sit down in my chair and I tap. I do a tapping meditation to whatever I currently want that day. Sometimes it's to create an amazing day. Sometimes it's for eye health. I went through a little eye thing at the end of allergy season that was really bugging me, so I was tapping daily for eye health.
You can do whatever you want. A routine doesn't necessarily have to be the same time every day. Although I do go to the bed about nine o'clock every day and I get up around 4:30 every day, which I find to be the optimum sleep for me.
The more you get into that pattern, it seems to be the more you've got control of your health.
Doesn't have to be nine. It can be other times, I know sometimes people hear things like... I'm not going to bed at nine o'clock. I don't say you have to because we're all uniquely different. Peggy goes to bed at like three and sleeps till like eight and just thrives. So it all depends on, on you.
My point is... and this is just simple, simple facts from people that have done studies that have proven this to be correct. The people that are most successful, that accomplish their goals do it with repetition... repeating things to reinforce them, and with routine. So you establish a daily routine.
So take it for what it's worth, give it a try.
It really won't hurt anything. So maybe reread, how about this assignment? Take a podcast or a book that you've listened to before and either listen again or reread that book. See if you get different insights. See if it doesn't drive the points home more.
May you move well, stay healthy, be happy. Live every single day with purpose and passion.
I'll talk to you tomorrow.
