Dave Stevens  
Let's try something here. I'm ambushing Mrs. Peg, because I want her to speak from the heart. Tell me about balance. alignment and motion, what the hell is that?

Peggy Stevens  
It's exactly what it says, balance, alignment, and motion. They're really key components of how we exist. If we don't balance we're going to fall over. So we want to find balance in our body, our form, our structure, but as well as our breath, and hopefully through the process of the whole thing, as well as our brain. And so that's the the hope for balance.

Dave Stevens  
So what is alignment? Are we gonna get a bunch of cups and put them in a line?

Peggy Stevens  
No we're going to think about your ankles, to your knees, to your hips, to your shoulders to your ear, you want that in a nice alignment? And where do your arms show up? Are they in the front of your body? Are they along the side of your torso? Where do they show up? What do your shoulders do? Are they up by your ears? Are they down so that you have a nice long neck? You know, what is your body doing? Where is it positioned in space?

Dave Stevens  
And why do we want to do that? What does that accomplish for us, if we if we get our cups in a line,

Peggy Stevens  
it helps with our posture. It helps to aid things like digestion and breath. It makes it possible for you to hopefully move with ease because your body is in the position it's supposed to be in. So there's all sorts of benefits that you have. Cool? Yes.

Dave Stevens  
What about motion?

Peggy Stevens  
Motion... motion is lotion, right? Never heard that before, right? And it's just all those things. We need those things in order for our body to stay fit. And so that's basically what my class is all about. 

Dave Stevens  
And so you're telling me even though your classes fun, you're going to accomplish things when you go there.

Peggy Stevens  
That's true. Yes. Wow. Yes. And I might be sarcastic. No. Occasionally, maybe

Dave Stevens  
That's Dave's class, not Peggy's class.

Peggy Stevens  
No, he's yummy. Dave's yummy. And so, each class, you know, of the three of ours, Kim's, yours and mine. You know, they offer similar things, but maybe with a little different focus. Yeah, we all work on core. We all work on alignment. We all work on motion.

Dave Stevens  
So balance alignment emotion, is available at 9am. Monday, Wednesday, Friday in the Ilwaco Studio 9am. On Tuesdays in Astoria. And at 5:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Ilwaco. Is that correct?

Peggy Stevens  
It is true. 

Dave Stevens  
And you know what? Every one of those is available online. So even if you're you're a long way away like Hawaii,?

Peggy Stevens  
Yes

Dave Stevens  
Like, they'll do balance alignment and motion. Yes. Or maybe you're in Timbuktu, right? They have good internet and 10 bucks. I have no idea. If you're in a place that has internet at all. You can go to balance alignment and motion and you know what will happen you'll be balanced in alignment and you'll move well so that's that's I kind of ambush most...
