Basics Are All You Need, Not The Bull Dung...

You just need the basics. You don't need the bull dung, the bullshit, I'm sorry, a little crude, but you don't need it because there's so much stuff out there that, that they thrust at you daily.

You just need the basics. You don't need the bull dung, the bullshit, I'm sorry, a little crude, but you don't need it because there's so much stuff out there that, that they thrust at you daily. 

The marketers... as you scroll Facebook, as you scroll Twitter... number one... get off of those things. Maybe just look at your family or whatever it is you're on there for, but give up this endless scrolling. It's such a waste of time. It's such a, a drain. It's such a drain on you.

So get back to the basics. What are the basics? The basics of living a long fit, healthy, happy life? Drink, breathe, eat whole, natural, wonderful foods, workout, and get your head on straight. That's it. That's the basics. 

The next new fancy workout ain't gonna do it. I'm sorry, but exercise can be boring. Doesn't have to be. I love doing the basics. I love doing a flow. I love doing pushups. I love doing plank. I do because I know what it does for me, and I know... I don't need some fancy new program to motivate me. I'm motivated by the fact that I wanna live this long, healthy, fit, happy life. 

I'd like that for you too.

So give up the garbage. I'm sorry... social media (rasberry)... sucks. I use it. I use it to get my message out there. I have a message for the world and I want to get that message out there... you don't have to be old, tired, sore, and live a life of pain. You can live a fit filled fulfilled life, loving every minute, loving every day, enjoying everything you do, becoming the success you want to be.

I don't care what age you start, you can be the success you want to be. So back to the basics and just stick with the basics, because guess what the basics are what works.

Today. Check your life. How much time do you spend scrolling social? How much time do you spend on the basics and how much time do you spend chasing the next bright light that's out there on the horizon?

There's no secrets. The secret is being sick and tired of being sick and tired of finally hitting a point where you will not accept being fat, tired, miserable, and hating yourself. 

Okay? Simple, easy, effective.

Move well, stay healthy, be happy, and how about a life filled with passion and purpose? Talk to you tomorrow.
