We're always talking about listening to your body, moving how it feels good to move, lingering where it feels good to linger. 

I've often wondered a good way to explain this. Well, recently I saw quote from one of our mentors, Dr. Kelly Starrett of CrossFit fame... and he's a doctor of physical therapy. 

He shares this statement with every single visitor to his website. "All human beings should be able to perform basic maintenance on themselves."

That's a belief we also try to share with each of you. Become a student of your body and learn methods to fix you. 

We offered tons of those. We have body fixes. We have different ways of moving and different ways of listening to help you become a student of your own body, because once you become a student of your body, that's when things really start falling together.

Listen to your body to move, move the way that's best for you. Don't injure yourself. You increase your flexibility. You increase your strength, all moving with ease. 

So today's suggestion... become a student of your body and move well, stay healthy, be happy, live with passion find a purpose and we will talk to you tomorrow.
