Daily Reset For Fitness, Health and Longetivity

An important factor for fitness and health is a daily reset. Give it a try

What do you do to clear your brain and get your mind on straight?

I go for a drive. Often 2, 3, 4 times a week. We'll just jump into the car and go for a drive. 

Sometimes I go down to the beach. I go for a short drive to the beach. I might sit and watch the waves. I may get out and walk along the waves, but a daily reset is so important .

Now, maybe it's a fitness class. Maybe it's a RiversZen fitness class and you go and you breathe and you giggle a little bit and you laugh and you work out. Something to take you out of the norm, something to take you out of your daily routine, something to give you the ability to clear your brain, start thinking and start relaxing and de-stressing. 

Oh my God. Stress is just a killer. I say that all the time. 

Don't let that stress get you. You don't have to. 90% of what you believe is going to happen, what you fret is going about happening, never happens. 

Take a deep breath, take a drive, take a walk, go to the beach, go to the mountains, do something.

Get out of your house. Number one, getting out of your house. You're getting vitamins. Even on a cloudy day, you're getting vitamin D get up and move. You're moving. You're not sitting in your chair. You're moving. Even if you're driving, at least you're active.

Something, your brain is not just giving in to mindless TV, mindless activities to, to grazing, to food... 

Create healthy habits.

One of the healthy habits is finding something to detox every single day. Maybe multiple times a day. Get up and move. Get off the couch. Get out of the easy chair, get out and move, do something. 

That's a short message today, but a powerful message. 

Find something. 

Something that will allow you to relax, distress, detoxify, and move well. 

Period.

That's it. Move well. Stay healthy. Be happy. Live your life with passion. Love your life.
