There is a famous question that shows up... it seems in every self-help book ever written.
What would you do if you knew you could not fail?
I've always seen it differently. I think the fiercest question of all is this one... what would you do, even if, you know that you might very well fail.
What do you love doing so much that the word failure and success essentially become irrelevant.
What do you love even more than you love your own ego?
How fierce is your trust in that love?
Let's sit with that for a moment.
All of us are seeking a sense of joy and meaning in our lives.
We want to do things that make us feel good.
That light us up.
That we love.
And why shouldn't we?
We all deserve to live a life we love.
We all deserve to fill our lives with things that we enjoy doing on a deep level.
So instead of only doing those things that we feel certain about. And that we know we can succeed at I want to challenge us today to think about doing the things that we would still like to do.
Even if we know that we'd likely fail.
You can create a rich, deep, meaningful life when you choose to pursue the things where success or failure are ultimately not even the point.
Let yourself be guided by your fierce love and passions.
Love and passion so strong with even the possibility of failure doesn't hold you back from wanting to try.
As we talk about this, If you don't have a clear passion just yet notice what it's like to be open to that idea.
When we don't fear failure, we're more open to experiment and figure out what works for us.
Move well, stay healthy and be happy... today!
