Would you just like to feel good, to feel good in this moment? 

Try synchronizing your breath with some easy motion. 

Take a deep breath in as you inhale your arms up overhead and then drop them back down to your heart center on a long slow exhale. 

Again, another nice deep breath in.

Hands, back down to your heart.

Again, lifting up, opening up at the top with that huge breath, then softening as you bring your hands back down.

Let's do one more huge breath in.

And a long slow exhale as your body just melts. 

Your hands come to your heart center, find your heartbeat. 

And now continue with that breath. Keep the breath nice and deep. 

You can always incorporate breath and motion to take your head out of the kerfuffle to move better and feel better. 

Isn't that what it's all about? Isn't a great to have little techniques that can help you to move and feel great at that very moment. 

This is one of my suggestions, synchronize your breathing with some easy movement, put a smile on your face... another way to be happy.
