Time, does it just seem like there's not enough hours in the day to accomplish once you want to accomplish?

Do you find yourself running Helter Skelter here, there everywhere? 

If you do, it's time to step back. 

I guarantee you, I, 1000% guarantee it, no matter how busy you are, how embroiled you are into a business situation, how hectic you are preparing for a birthday party or Christmas or some other event coming up there is time in the day for you.

I guarantee you one thing you're going to find when you slow down, you stop and you say, wait a minute, I need to do my workout today. And then you do it. You're going to find a couple of things happen. 

Number one, you're going to be very proud of yourself. You're going to say, Hey, how about that? I did my workout.

I got in and I stopped. I took a breath and I did my 20 minute workout. 

Well, you're going to find another thing. You're going to find that 20 minute workout made you much more productive in what you were doing. 

So don't kid yourself and think that you're too busy to take care of you because when you take care of you good things happen, guaranteed, guaranteed. Not to mention the side benefits of good health and freedom of movement and all that kind of stuff. I mean, heaven forbid, you know, but at least your business will be better. Now. It does all of that and more. Make time for yourself. Get your workout in everyday. I recommend seven days a week.

A lot of people don't like to hear that they want their days off, but what's it takes to do a 20 minutes QiGong exercise on a Sunday morning or a deep stretch Sunday evening before you drift off to sleep? Nothing, it takes absolutely nothing. It's easy. It will benefit you. It will change your life. I guarantee you.

So that's it. You've got the time. Take it and do it. Move well, stay healthy, be happy, live an amazing life with passion.
