I'm always talking about eliminating sugar from our eating. 

Why do I say that? 

Let me go through eight different things that over consuming sugar has been found to increase. 

Number one is type two diabetes. 

Number two is obesity.

Three. High blood pressure.

Four. Kidney disease.

Five. Fatty liver disease.

Six. Cancer.

Seven. Cardiovascular disease 

and... eight Alzheimer's.

That's pretty .Much all of your chronic disease eases right there.

If that's not enough to make you cut way back on sugar, if not eliminate it, I don't know what it is. Those are all proven.
