Fake sugar... are you one of those people that is willing to eat anything as long as it says sugar-free, no added sugar?

Well, I think you may find that's a mistake.

I know from my own testing, from my own research that any type of fake sugar... your body tastes that sweetness and says, Hey, sugar! Let's have the body react just as if I was eating real sugar.

In fact, there are so many links from aspartame to causing cancer. That I'm not sure that if you're going to eat sugar, that real sugar is better for you. I believe it is better for you.

If I'm going to eat sugar, if I'm going to do a sugary treat. I will eat full sugar. Hopefully I would grab berries or something, but you know, if I'm going to be bad, I'm going to be bad with regular sugar.

I do not believe... believe it or not... I do not believe real sugar is as dangerous as fake sugar.

Neither one's good for you. Diabetes is so, so prevalent now. In fact, there are so many diseases now that weren't around a hundred years ago and it's not because they weren't diagnosed. It's because we ate more of a whole food diet back then.

We didn't come up with all these chemicals to chemically created food, chemically created sugar, all these things that supposedly are better for us... that I do not believe are better for us at all.

I believe you gotta eat the real deal.

So if you're going to eat sugar, eat some sugar, get rid of all those fake, I mean, xylitol and all that.

Most of them, I mean, anything that's gonna cause you stomach issues, either diarrhea or constipation, that's amazing... a product that can cause both.

Is that really good for you? Is that really what you want to do? I don't think so.

What you got to do is limit or give up sugar. If you're a diabetic like me, you've got to give it up. You just got to say, no.

If I'm going to have anything sweet and sugar, I'm going eat blueberries or something.

That's the message for today. Don't trust fake sugars. Don't trust any foods that have tons and tons and tons of additives.

Maybe you move well, stay healthy, be happy, live with passion.

And I will be talking to you very soon. Sharing more.
