Hopefully the background noise is not too much... I'm walking along the beach and I get inspired when I walk on the beach. I think of things that I'd like to share with you, and if I don't record them, I forget them. So I'm hoping this is going to be good enough to share, and we can just enjoy the crashing waves together as, as we walk.

One of the things that always amazes me is how little I want to travel.

I always end up my podcasts with, to live a life of passion and purpose, to find a purpose.

This really came to bear the other day. I was talking to a very good friend who loves to travel... two, three major trips every single year.

She was preparing to leave and in her usual frenzy of activity... and excitement... getting ready to head out on their trip.

I thought, why in the world don't I like travel? It's been 10 years since I've gone anywhere, major. I don't even go up and down the coast much anymore.

I realized that is because I have found my passion, I have found my purpose and I told her that. I said, you know, I just don't really want to go.

She said, my gosh, I wish I had something like that because if I did, I don't think I'd travel as much. That really kind of shocked me and really brought it home how happy I actually am.

10 years ago, we opened RiversZen and my passion is to help other people to avoid the effects of aging, just like I have. It gives me a purpose and I can't wait to get up every day and view the smiling faces in my class and work with people individually to help them to move and feel better.

So am I ever going to travel again? I don't know. I don't know. I may not need to.

I think of Neil Mane. He was in charge of the nature Conservancy in the seaside area for years. He never went anywhere because he said there is so much to see within 20 miles of home, why would he want to?

He loved the animals. He found the pathways and he'd go sit out and watch Eagles fly by and elk roam by and all kinds of amazing otters and this guy had away. I swear to God, anytime you went anywhere with him, some amazing creature came by.

So I guess that's my message today. Is just explaining about finding a passion, a purpose of why I encourage you to do that every single day.

Move well, stay healthy, be happy. Find your passion, find your purpose, and we'll talk to you next time.
