Foundational Tools Will Help You Thrive

Once you have your head on straight and you know you can make this happen, there are some very simple foundational tools that you can use to help your body to thrive, to live that long fit, healthy, happy life.

Once you have your head on straight and you know you can make this happen, there are some very simple foundational tools that you can use to help your body to thrive, to live that long fit, healthy, happy life. 

You're gonna hydrate. You're going to drink every day. 

You're going to take long, slow, deep breaths. You're gonna let that breath heal your body. 

You're going to move every single day. 

You're going to eat premium food. And by premium food, I mean you're going to fuel your body with whole natural, healthy foods. 

You're gonna get good sleep, You're gonna learn how to sleep well, and you're gonna work on improving your sleep so that you don't wake up all times during the night and that you wake up refreshed and healthy and happy.

The last thing you've gotta do is keep working on that mindset. Keep that positive attitude. 

Those are the six basic things that we have found to help you live that long, fit, healthy, happy life. Lots of subsets, some very important subsets. I used to include them in the foundation, the keys, but they're really subsets of movement.

Posture. You have to stand tall. You have to be nice and straight. It'll help you move well. It'll take away a lot of the aches and pains that you have just by simply standing up tall.

Resistance stretching. Resistance stretching is one of the most powerful tools I have ever discovered. You can research contracted, and the word resistance in our podcast, and you can find lots of talk on that and I'll be doing more in the future.

Resistance stretching saved my body. It was the key. It was the key that started us on this adventure.

So that's it. There's your foundations, and it's always a good reminder if you've heard the foundations before... it's a good reminder that it really is simple. That's why we spend so much time on mindset because the actual simplicity of what you need to do physically, is amazing. It's amazingly simple.
