How About a Walking Meditation?

I find a walking meditation is incredible for my psyche, for my breath, for my body...

I'm out on the beach, right by the waves ... this is my first beach walk of the year, believe it or not. I mean, I've been out and about and done some walking, but I hadn't come down to the beach in a while.

Why? I don't know, it makes no sense at all.

This is not going to be long because I want to get back to my walking meditation. That's exactly what walking along the shore, listening to the waves, watching the birds, even looking at the people. 

I find a walking meditation is incredible for my psyche, for my breath, for my body. 

I highly recommend... now that the weather's changing... get off of your rear, get out and get moving.

Find the spots that give you the same pleasure that I get from walking along the crashing waves.
