How are you doing exercising that happiness muscle? 

We talked a couple of weeks ago about happiness. 

Think of it like a muscle and like any other muscle you have to practice it. You have to use it to make it stronger. 

If you want more happiness in your life, start exercising that muscle.

Think about what really makes you happy.

I'm not talking about a trip. 

I'm not talking about a concert. 

I'm not talking about a meal. 

What makes you happy the rest of the time?

Can you find things that make you happy... because let's face it... I don't care how many concerts you go to... I don't care how many trips you go on. You can't do that all of the time.

What you have to do is identify those little special things throughout the day that you have to be grateful for that make you happy.

The more you can do that, the more you exercise that happiness muscle, the stronger your happiness muscle gets. 

And guess what? The happier you are!

So keep working that happiness muscle.
