I Am Peace Meditation

Take a deep breath in and a long, slow exhale. Find a comfortable position whether you're seated or lying down, continue breathing deeply in through your nose, out through your nose. Soften your jaw. Let any tension go around your eyes. Let any kerfuffle, float away and allow yourself to feel peace.

Take a deep breath in

and a long, slow exhale. 

Find a comfortable position whether you're seated or lying down, continue breathing deeply in through your nose, out through your nose. Soften your jaw. Let any tension go around your eyes.

Let any kerfuffle, float away

and allow yourself to feel peace.

I am peace.

I am able to relax.

And gently sink in to my day,

All of my muscles.

Relax and release any tension that they currently hold.

I feel the earth supporting me.

My mind releases any kerfuffle, any monkey thoughts

As I sink deeper and deeper into peaceful relaxation.

There are no issues that I need to deal with in this moment.

As I realize that my mind clears even more,

I move to higher thoughts.

Releasing worry,

releasing fear.

Releasing stress

releasing angst.

My breath brings in calmness.

Another breath relaxes me even more.

There's this soft light coming in.

I notice it's soft blue,

Floating in this sea of soft energy.

It's warm.

I feel this easy energy enveloping my entire body

as it does, I relax even more.

my muscles continue unwinding, continue softening.

Suddenly finding myself at peace,

free of conflict,

free of anger.

Free of jealousy,

free of rage.

In this moment, I release all negative emotions.

And that blue light, that light that's wrapping my body, that energy blocks out any, that try to return,

A smile comes to my face, my mouth.

I'm happy

That happiness begins to flow throughout my body instead of just the corners of my mouth. I'm feeling it in my eyes. I'm feeling it in my ears, my hands, my toes, my fingers. I am so peaceful. I am so relaxed. I'm so happy. I'm so content.

I am at peace.

I am peace.

I am peace.

I am peace.

Continue relaxing and for the next few minutes,

breathe.

And continue being at peace./ 

take an easy breath in as you bring your awareness back to the room.

Notice how you feel. Relaxed, calm, peaceful. Know that you can take that peace with you for the rest of the day because you are peace,

move well. Stay healthy, be happy. Live every single day with love, purpose, and passion. I'll talk to you soon.
