I Conquer Challenges
 
I am powerful and competent. I conquer challenges through effort and persistence.
 
I plan ahead. I make an inventory so I can gather the resources I need. I figure out the bumps in the road that I am likely to encounter. I come up with alternative methods for reaching my goals.
 
I adapt to changing circumstances. I am flexible and resilient.
 
I reach out for assistance. I ask others for help when I need it. I can accomplish more when I am willing to collaborate.
 
I take one step at a time. I break big projects down into manageable chunks. I find a place where I can jump in and start to build momentum. I create a schedule that keeps me on track.
 
I boost my confidence. I remember my past victories. I list my core strengths. I choose words that invigorate me.
 
I look on the bright side. Maintaining a positive attitude keeps me motivated and energetic. I think about the benefits of facing adversity head on. I discover my true potential. I realize that I can be peaceful and happy even during difficult circumstances.
 
I find role models who inspire me. I learn from their examples. I identify the qualities and traits I want to cultivate in myself.
 
I remember my purpose. I wake up my passions and focus on what I am trying to achieve. My enthusiasm carries me through any delays or setbacks.
 
Today, I tackle obstacles with courage and determination. I grow stronger and wiser with each challenge that I overcome.
