How would you like to improve performance in every single aspect of your life? 

One of the best ways to do that is to relax your mind and your body.

The six easiest ways to relax your mind and body... 

Number one, grab a hot bath or shower. Let that water just drizzle over your body and take deep breaths while you're there and relax. 

Number two is deep breathing, whether you're in the shower or whether you're sitting in your favorite chair, whether you're driving down the road long, slow, deep breaths will make a huge difference. 

Fitness training. You ever notice how, when you go to class that you kind of let all of the angsts and stress go for a while. So go to class is another good tip. 

Number four - disconnect from social media. I don't mean all the time, but don't let it rule your life. Don't stay with social media all day long. 

This is one of my favorites. Number five - deep conversations with a trusted friend. You're going to find that can change everything. Talk about relaxation.

The final tip to relax your mind and body is spend time in nature. Get outdoors, suck in that vitamin D, enjoy the sounds of nature, enjoy the visual of nature.

High quality rest improves performance in every aspect of your life.
