Last week as I was driving down to our Astoria studio... I was loving the drive, and I realized all of a sudden I love everything about my life. I love where I live, I love what I do for a living, I love my friends, I love my chosen family. I love everything about my life...

It feels so darn good to feel good.

Last week as I was driving down to our Astoria studio... I was loving the drive, and I realized all of a sudden I love everything about my life. I love where I live, I love what I do for a living, I love my friends, I love my chosen family. I love everything about my life. 

All of a sudden the thought just hit me. It feels so good to feel good. 

How about you? Do you like to feel good? 

Are you embracing your pain? Are you embracing your depression, your sadness?

You can let that go. 

There are tons of techniques to do that. Breath, tapping, meditation, affirmations, exercise, walking. There are so many ways you can come out of that. You do not have to accept that depression. You do not have to accept that sadness. You do not have to wallow in despair. 

I mean really, really, I've been through some tough things in my life. I know people have been through tough things in their life... and yet they feel good. I can tell they feel good cuz they get this little smile. I watch some of them in the studio and you can tell the people, that know what it's like to feel good in spite of what may be going on in life. 

Feeling good is so amazing. If you feel good, you can give better support to people who are going through things. Yeah, be sad with them, but feel good. Be positive for yourself and for them. 

My business partner, my surrogate father, my uncle, whatever you want to call him, he would always look at me when I was feeling sad and go, Dave, this too shall pass. First few times he said it  he really made me angry, but after a while I started realizing he was correct. This too shall pass, so why not look at it and say, Okay, this shall pass. Will it turn out how I want? Maybe, maybe not, but this too shall pass. 

Take a nice, deep breath in. 

Explore your body, bring relaxation in, say to yourself, It feels so good to feel good, doesn't it? It feels good to feel good. 

Move well, stay healthy, be happy. Feel good. Talk to you tomorrow.
