If you are metabolically sick, when you start feeling better, it's not what you're eating. It's what you stopped eating. 

When you switch your diet over to healthy whole natural foods. Those are going to help you heal... but the immediate results you're going to feel is because you stopped putting all that junk in your body.

All the carbohydrates, all the sugar, all the sicky, sweet treats, all the processed food. Eliminating those is what makes it better at first.

Then for life long health, that's where you continue eating those whole natural foods and you absolutely refuse... you refuse to put in your body all of that other crap.

That's it. I've got nothing more to say about that. 

I truly believe it's what you're not eating that heals you at first. Then the long term metabolic health comes from what you are eating.
