Find what brings you joy.

I'm gonna talk about a local celebrity. This is somebody many of you know and love, it's Kim Angels.

Kim Angels is not only famous locally, she's famous worldwide for her violin virtuosity. Kim has found something....

All you have to do is watch her when she picks up her violin, magic happens. She starts playing and the sound is so joyful... even when she's playing something sad... there's a joy in there. It's, it's hard to describe. When she's playing something upbeat... and as she's playing violin, she starts dancing, floating across the floor with that abundant joy.

That joy of this beautiful music, that joy of this beautiful life.

Let me tell you, Kim's a perfect example of somebody who has had a lot of tragedy in her life. But you know what? In spite of that tragedy, she finds joy in music.

I want you to think about that, and I want you to think about what brings you abundant joy.

What could you do that would make you feel like dancing across the room?

I don't know what it would be for you. I doubt if I would ever want to spend the time, the hours and hours and hours it would take to become a violin virtuoso.

But what brings you joy? You know what? I get joy leading classes. I find abundant joy. I fall in love with the people in the room. I fall in love with the motion. I fall in love with being able to move our bodies and being able in our... many of us in our sixties, seventies, eighties... to be able to move, to thrive, to not live that life of, of pain and suffering that so many do as they age. They accept that.

We don't. We don't here.

We embrace the joy of movement, of feeling good every single day.

If you ever get the opportunity to watch Kim Angelis, my God, go to that concert because she will make you experience joy. Great abundant joy. You will. You can't help it. It's contagious.

What can you do that would bring you so much joy that it's contagious?

That's today's assignment. Stop and think about what do you really, really love to do?

And Kim, I'm crazy about you. This is not meant to do anything but tell you how much joy you bring into people's lives and how happy you make us.

Find your joy.

Until tomorrow, may you move well, stay healthy, be happy. Live every single day with passion and joy.

I'll talk to you tomorrow. Have a great day.
