Are you allowing yourself to take in all of the good things that are happening around you?

So often we just get busy and blast through those great experiences.

Yes, there is pain and challenges and heartbreak and worry, but there's also so much abundance of joy, of, kindness, of goodness, of beauty. 

And those things can often go by the wayside unnoticed.

We don't often really let it all sink in. 

We don't often intentionally absorb it into our being. 

But we all have the ability to see these things more and to experience them more. 

We just have to begin to open ourselves up. And to purposefully, let them in. 

I wonder if you might consider what it would feel like if you were able to bring in the intention to really seeing it all. 

Really feeling it all. 

When you notice an act of kindness, if you notice something beautiful do you notice a moment where you feel love? 

Or you feel love towards someone else? 

Can you really sink into that feeling and take it all in? 

So today I encourage you to practice being open. 

Accepting and allowing... 

being in the present moment and letting all the goodness wash over you.

We can get so distracted by everything that's going wrong. 

Can we take time to really notice, appreciate and feel into everything that's going right. 

Move well, stay healthy and be happy!
