Looking Forward and Stepping Back

As we approach the end of our January Fitness and Health Reset we have an announcement and then take a step back to reevaluate our goals.

Thank you so much to every one of you have been reaching out to us, letting us know the positive results that you've got from this program... and many of you, how it's been changing your life. 

I also want to thank those of you who have reached out to us and let us know how you have adapted the program for your unique body and your unique lifestyle and your unique needs.

That's what it's all about. It's not about having a set plan that works for everybody because one plan does not work for everybody. It's about adapting the program so that you can move better and feel better and move with ease and breathe and just love life. 

We are so excited when we receive those emails, notifications, messages, letting us know that.

We're coming to the end of the scheduled 30 days, just a couple more days left. We've pretty well covered most of what we wanted to cover in this. 

We have tons more to share with you. We're going to continue on at the end of the 30 days, we're going to keep giving you new messages of inspiration, motivation, information every single day that you can keep applying to your life.

I think one of the most rewarding messages we get is when people say, just listening to the daily messages, gives us the inspiration. It gives us the motivation. It makes us think about what we're doing. 

We've decided to continue that... we're going to continue this podcast on a daily basis. I believe Kim's going to continue her journal entries on a daily basis.

Those short little 20, 30 second where she just throw something out there for you to think about, for you to write down in your journal. Powerful powerful stuff. 

We're wrapping up the 30 days, a couple more days of messages directly related to that. We're going to wrap it up on Sunday with another reflection and then we're going to keep going.

Keep the page, bookmarked. Realpeople.fit. Keep that bookmark, go to the podcast every day on your favorite platform or on that page and listen.

I have an assignment for you. 

Today. I want you to take a step back. I want you to take a step back to day one. 

Do you remember what we did?

We discovered our compelling reasons. We went some through some exercises, do that. We turned those compelling reasons into our passionate goals. And then we wrote a future diary. 

One of the most important parts of that process is check back periodically. 

We're pushing 30 days today, would be a great day to go back reread your compelling reasons.

Rethink your passionate goals and take another look at your future diary.

Are those all things you still want? Are there other things that have popped up that you'd like to add? Would today be a great day to do that? 

Take the time, go through review what you did, and if you didn't do it the first time, do it. It's the most powerful thing you're going to do because once you have your compelling reasons, and you set some passionate goals you're going to find the success almost comes automatically. 

Okay? Go do that. Go do that. 

It's been a great ride and we hope you continue on with us.
