Hi, I'm so excited you could join me today. If you listen to my podcasts, you know, recently I did a podcast offering everyone $84,600. But there was a caveat. You had to spend that $84,600 within 24 hours. Now, if you didn't spend it within 24 hours, that was it. You were done. If you did spend it within 24 hours. You can keep it... plus you get a new $84,600 every morning.

Well, nobody took me up on that... and maybe they didn't take me up on that because they know I don't even have $84,600. But it's about something much more important than money. Our health is more important, but what else is more important? Time.

Time is finite.

I'll tell you what let's do a little meditation. Take a nice deep breath in with me.

And a long slow exhale.

Now... Make yourself comfortable, whether you're seated, whether you're laying down. I don't care where you're at. Just find a spot where you can relax and absorb.

Nice. Settle. Relax and breathe.

Every day has a finite number of hours, minutes and seconds.

There are 24 hours in a day.

1,440 minutes.

84,600 seconds.

Every hour. Every minute. Every second. Is a gift.

It's a gift that I have been given.

I didn't ask for it.

I didn't create

It was given to me.

What a gift.

If somebody gave me $84,600 to spend every day. How appreciative would I be?

How hard would I work to spend that money? If I knew that anything I had not spent in the 24 hours disappeared.

How hard would I work? To spend every dime. Every penny efficiently.

If I knew that by doing so I would get 84,600 more dollars first thing, the next morning.

That's a nice fantasy.

Who wouldn't enjoy that?

But as valuable as money is.

There are other things in life that are even more valuable.

Health.

Family.

Friends.

Breath.

But the one thing.

That you received 84,600 of a day is seconds.

Time, maybe your most valuable commodity.

That's really sobering.

Would I waste a dime of $84,600.

I don't think so.

Then why do I choose to waste and even more valuable gift.

Why do I choose to fritter away time?

Maybe I need to recognize the value of time

As I grow older I began to recognize the value of time.

Time is fleeting. Life is fleeting.

I'm beginning to think I needed to put more value on my time.

I do embrace this gift that I've been given.

Through none of my doing it's just been gifted to me.

I'm fortunate.

What would be the best use of my time.

Things that bring me joy.

Things that bring me peace.

Things that make me happy and put a big smile on my face.

In a perfect world.

I would breathe deeply.

I would live life to its fullest.

I would find a way to enjoy every single second of my life. I wouldn't waste a second.

I would spend time in quiet meditation. Like I'm doing right now.

I think peace descend on me.

And fill my heart.

I've made a decision.

Today.

And every single day, every single hour, every single minute, every single second of the rest of my life.

I'm going to experience joy. I'm going to be present. I'm not going to waste a minute of my life.

Hmm.

Even when I'm doing tasks that may seem unpleasant or tedious.

I'm going to find a way to enjoy them.

When I reach the end, I'm going to look back.

I'm going to celebrate a life well lived.

I have 84,600 seconds every single day.

I am going to use every single one of them.

Take a deep breath in.

And let it go.

Take a few minutes. Just breathe. Relax.

Absorb. This guided meditation.

Listen to the soft music.

Stay inside.

And breathe.

Take a deep breath in

and releasing that breath.

May you enjoy the rest of your day. May you enjoy every second of the 84,600 that you have today

Until we talk again, move well, stay healthy, be happy. Live that day with patient and purpose and your day will not be poorly spent. Talk to you soon.
