Oh Woe is Me, I Didn't Accomplish ALL of My Goals!

Take the back of your hand and place it on your forehead. Repeat after me. Oh, woe is me, I didn't accomplish all of my goals. I did everything, but I don't know. I guess I screwed up here and there and I just didn't get everything I wanted to have accomplished.

Take the back of your hand and place it on your forehead. Repeat after me. Oh, woe is me, I didn't accomplish all of my goals. I did everything, but I don't know. I guess I screwed up here and there and I just didn't get everything I wanted to have accomplished. 

My response to that is... "SOOOOOOO"

So what if you didn't accomplish everything, you'd set? These goals do not need an end line. These goals need to be something that you're working for every single day of your life. 

Ask yourself... if you didn't accomplish all of your goals... if you did congratulations. You're one out of a million people that would accomplish all the goals in a 28 30 day session.

If you didn't accomplish all your goals, ask yourself this question. What did I accomplish? Did I lose a little weight? Did I become more mindful of what I ate? Did I think about how I moved and how I stood? Did I find some tools I could use to make myself feel better? Did I enjoy the comradery of all the people?

Identify every single thing that you did accomplish.

Take that hand off of your forehead. Hold your hands up in the air and go, "I am amazing. What I did this last 30 days changed my life and it's good. Continue making it for the better every single day. 

Congratulations. 

You are amazing. I recognize that.

Move well. Stay healthy. Be happy. You've got your purpose. You've got your passion. Enjoy it. Enjoy it.
