Worry can creep up on us. It's this false sense of control. So often we can't control something, so we worry and it makes us feel productive. Yet it takes a toll on us. It's exhausting and it leaves us feeling disempowered. 

So today I'm going to share some positive affirmations for moments of worry. I want you to listen closely and notice what resonates with you.

Let's begin. 

I am not my anxiety, stress or worry. They are just an experience I am having. 

Worrying is just a false sense of control. It's safe for me to let go and trust. 

Even though this is uncomfortable. I am safe. 

I have faith that from this good will come. 

This feeling will pass. 

No matter what happens. I'll be able to handle it. 

I choose to relax my body. Right now. 

I choose nurturing and helpful thoughts. To guide me forward. 

Take a nice deep breath in. 

And exhale.
