I am always harping on processed foods. Those foods that are in the center aisles of the grocery store, the hyper processed foods, the foods that are just called super palatable, they're made to have you eat more.

You know, there are new studies now showing that not only do they make you crave more, but the average person who eats processed foods... Eats box macaroni and cheese, eats TV dinners... eats an average of 500 calories more a day than they expend.

The person who eats around the edge of the grocery store, whole single ingredient foods. Those people eat 300 calorie deficit every day.

Something to think about. I mean, it's not your fault if you're eating processed food, there's a reason that you overeat. There's a reason you eat excess calories. That's because they've designed it that way.

So don't give in, don't give in. It's easier than you think to eat whole wonderful foods, and you don't even have to really count calories if you're eating those kinds of foods .

So, give it a try. Give it a try, please, please, please. The country is on a path to becoming so obese, so unhealthy, and the obesity is a cause of Alzheimer's and dementia and all kinds of hideous diseases.

So please, please, please, please limit if you can't eliminate... at least limit those processed foods. Make them occasional treats and not your daily daily diet.

May move well. Stay healthy. Be happy. Live with passion. Talk to you tomorrow.
