I'd like to offer us a chance to get grounded in the here and now and feel a greater sense of peace. 

Look down at your feet. 

Go on. 
I know it sounds silly. 

Just look down at your feet where they are right now.

Really take in your feet. 

Where they are. 

Where they connect with the surface beneath you. 

Maybe your feet are in sneakers against the pavement. 

Or in socks against the carpet. 

Notice where your feet are. This is where you are. Right here, right now. 

You are here. 

Although your mind might want to pull you in many different directions, the truth is at you are here... in this moment. 

Where your feet are. Right now. 

And in this moment, You are safe. 

Today whenever you find yourself overwhelmed, pulled in many different directions, worried about the future, mulling over the past or consumed by your to-do list remember that you can always find your feet. 

And for at least a moment be where your feet are. 

Brushing your teeth and worried about your morning meeting?

Find your feet. .

Cooking dinner and can't stop thinking about that tough conversation?

Find your feet. 

Getting impatient in the checkout line?

Find your feet. 

Whenever you need to and as often as you can reground yourself in the moment by finding your feet. 

Move well, stay healthy, be happy, live today with passion.
