Simple changes can lead to big results. 

Are you somebody looking to get healthy, but you don't know where to start?

I'm going to throw out this little assignment for you. Now, if you're already well on your way to eating well and moving well, this one may not be for you, but it's always a good reminder.

So do this for one week. 

Number one. Don't drink any soda juice or shakes. 

Number two, avoid all sweets and junk food. And that's processed food. 

Number three, eat high quality protein, eggs, fish, red meat, at every meal and eat until you're full. 

Number four. Stop snacking.

Number five, eat salt liberally.

Do that for a week and report back to us in one week and let us know how you feel. 

Simple changes can indeed lead to huge results. 

Move well, stay healthy, be happy. Live with passion.
