Do you exercise your happiness muscle? 

That's an interesting way to think about it? That happiness is a muscle.

It's true because a muscle in the gym, if you want to get strong, you keep working that muscle. You do curls if you want strong biceps, you do dead lifts for your back and your glutes. You go to Kim's class, you do butt and gut to strengthen, and the way it works is the more you do it, the stronger you get, the more you're able to perform an exercise, the more your body can stand upright. 

Happiness is the same way. You need to practice happiness to get stronger with happiness. Think about that. 

I heard recently that most people have a super highway to stress and a little rutted dirt road to happiness. Well, what if you could turn that around just by choosing to be happy and practice happiness daily.
