Talking about bringing joy into your life. Let me tell you about our littles. 

Our littles are these two puppies. They are half Havanese and half Shitzu, and these are the cutest damn things I've ever seen in my life. Just watching them walk around is a pure joy. 

Do they cause us frustrations?

They're puppies. That's their job. Of course they cause us frustration, but do they bring joy into our life? 

Oh, my God, it's, it's, it's hard to describe how much joy these two littles bring into our life. They give us unconditional love. 

We walk in the door and they are so excited. They can barely contain themselves.

That's one of the things we're working on is getting them to contain themselves a little bit, be excited that we're home, but just chill and wait for us to come to you, rather than attacking full fledged to full floods attacks. 

So what I'm saying here is find things that bring you joy. Just find things.

If it's a dog, I can't imagine anybody that a dog, a puppy wouldn't bring them joy, but there's some people that wouldn't.

Maybe you're a cat person. Maybe you're a gerbil person, but finding that little in your life, that, that little bundle of joy that you can spend time with every day. Who'll sit on your lap and look at you adoringly and make you forget the stress of the day.

So I highly recommend getting yourself a little.
