Thank You For Your Concern, But Yes, I Am a Carnivore For Life

Yes, I am a carnivore. I thank those of you that have reached out to me with a concern for my health. That's really sweet of you. I totally get why you're doing it. I've been basically a carnivore for the past 15 years. I eat less than 20 grams of carbs every day.

And I just took it recently to full-blown carnivore I just cut out the rest of the carbs. 

I did an internet search and I found out why some of you are just apoplectic over the carnivore eating plan. And, you know, you can find about 50 50, just like, just like everything else. You can find 50% of the people that say if you're carnivore, you're killing yourself and you find 50% of the people say, if you're not carnivore, you're killing yourself.

So I choose to go with my own evidence. Like I say, I've been a carnivore basically for the past 15 years. What has that done for me? Well, it's normalized my blood sugar. I got off all medicines, it's normalized my cholesterol. I've gotten rid of the neuropathy in my feet. I've stopped with the shooting pains in my feet. 

Everything you need is available in a carnivore diet. Do you go to the bathroom a little bit less? Yeah, because your body actually processes all of that food. So I have had nothing, nothing but amazing results.

I'm not going to get deep into it here, but you easily, easily can find studies paid for... funded by... with the blessing of big pharma and big food. And they've done an amazing job. I mean, there's some articles I read that just scare the daylights out of you about carnivore. 

So I am a successful carnivore.

I've been there for 15 years. I feel better than I felt my entire life. I lost 10 pounds more than I ever thought I would. I'm actually 10 pounds below what I thought my ideal weight was. 

So on the carnivores, it's just all normalized. I had those couple little issues .

The shooting pains in my feet went away. And yeah, a doctor that I follow who has had plantar fasciitis for like 20 years. 

I had somebody say that was a coincidence that right when he got on carnivore, it went away. Then it was a coincidence that three months later he went a day off of carnivore and it came back. Then two days later when he got back on carnivore, it went away again. 

But I understand you thinking that's all coincidence. That's fine. That's fine. 

You have to do what's right for. Test test, test, dig down deep if carnivore scares you ,don't do it. 

I did notice this. I read articles, pro carnivore and anti carnivore, they all had the same bottom line. Get rid of processed foods and get rid of sugars. That's what we preach. Then find out what your body thrives on. Maybe your body will thrive on being a vegan. I know more people who thrive on being low carb than being vagan.

Part of that is because a lot of people on vegan will eat processed foods will eat tons of sugar because it's vegan. 

Let's go ahead and just leave it right there. But I wanted to address your concerns. I want to thank you so much for being concerned for me, but I feel I'm in the place I need to be.

And if that's a mistake, you can always say, I told him, I told him. I give you my permission to say, I told you so if something happens to me.
