These Six Pillars Are The Foundation For a Long, Healthy, Fit, Vibrant and Happy Life

The foundation to a strong, healthy, happy, fit and vibrant life. 

We added a sixth... we've got these pillars that we have found that everybody who's thriving late in life go by.

Things that they do... let me share those with you. 

First thing is they move. They move every single day. 

They breathe deeply full breaths, all the way down to their belly and even lower if you can make it go lower. It's a visual thing. I mean, let's face it the capacity of the lungs is only to the bottom of the lungs, but there's a technique where you breathe into like... say you've got foot pain, you breathe right to that point. Then when you exhale, you can allow that pain to release. Breathing throughout your entire body. Breathing deeply, not being a chest breather, breathing to the belly. That's number two. 

Number three is nutrition. You need to eat clean, healthy for your body. That's a whole subject on its own. 

Number four, hydration. We have to hydrate the body. We're recommending now that you add some electrolytes to your water, helps the body absorb them much better. Magnesium, zinc, all the various electrolytes that are readily available. 

Number five is sleep. You need to get plenty of sleep, you need to sleep deeply and sleep well. 

I'm throwing in number six, which is stress reduction. You've gotta get stress out of your body, cuz that stress creates cortisol and that creates all kinds of a mess and you're constantly in this flight or fight mode. 

So there are the six pillars to the foundation for a long, healthy, happy, fit and vibrant life. 

They're actually pretty simple when you think about it, when you start looking at them and breaking them down.
