It's Christmas Eve and we have a couple of presents for you.
How about that? Weren't expecting an early present where you,?
The first present is... I recognize you as a tower of strength, a solid pillar who can enjoy the holiday, who can enjoy today and tomorrow without compromising your health.
Now I know many of you choose to go off of your normal eating plan at Christmas.
That's totally understandable if that's you.
What I'm going to recommend is that you use that willpower use that power, that strength, to limit what you do. To be mindful, to choose slowly, to savor every bite of anything that is a treat for you. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.
If you're like me and you choose not to indulge. You've got this. This is so easy. Just think real quickly, when you're tempted.... if you even are... about how you want to feel tomorrow morning, how you want to enjoy Christmas day and how you want to enjoy the rest of your life. How do you want to feel on January 5th? That's very important. So you've got this.
You are a pillar, a tower of strength.
That's my gift to you is recognizing that.
Now my second gift to you, I know on Christmas mornings it can be very difficult to get your exercise in. Not a problem. I'm releasing a brand new 10 minute energized session. It's easy moving. Don't get excited because it says energized and it will be available in the real people.fit blog section.
It will also be available to members in their regular membership area, and I'm going to release it at 6:00 AM on Christmas morning. We'll just breathe and move together and create this wonderful motion. It's going to energize your day. Your Christmas is going to be so much better.
