What Daily Tasks Challenge You?

Have you ever tried to apply the same series of steps in your daily life to a task as we do in class?  Think about it.  What do you do throughout the day that may seem challenging or even risky?  Consider what is required to accomplish that task and break it up into steps each supportive of your body and the task at hand.  Maybe it is getting out of bed, in and out of the car, whatever tasks you do that you often put off because you don’t want to deal with the pain or risk.  

Starting today, pick one task. Think about the motions required to accomplish that task and break it up into parts.  Work on each part until you can easily flow from one to another.  If you would like some assistance in that process, feel free to reach out to any one of us.
