What is the best time to work out?

That's a question we hear often. Should I work out in the morning, the afternoon, the evening... what time would give me the best results?

Our answer. The best time is to work out when you will actually do it.

That's the truth.

More important than the time of day, specific exercises or whether you use free weights or machines or do fitness classes or do yoga or do barre or do hiit or do anything... is actually doing it and doing it consistently.

Think about two people. Person A and person B. I can give person A my most disciplined, effective and complicated workout... in addition to nutrition and supplement plans that targets elite athletes.

And person B I can give a very basic workout routine and nutrition program.

If person B is more consistent and disciplined then person A chances are they'll have better results.

That's right... Consistency trumps the program every time.

So the best time of day for you to work out?

Whenever you will do it.

Move well, stay healthy, be happy, live with passion.
