When things feel overwhelming... and there are so many things that are demanding our attention... it can be helpful to zoom back into the here and now. To become present to this moment here and to focus our energy on what is right in front of us today. 

I'd like to offer us all a chance to do this right now. 

Take a moment to center yourself and breathe deeply. 

Begin to think about whatever the rest of the day has in store for you. 

As you continue to breathe and relax into this moment. Simply reflect as I ask some questions. 

What truly needs to come first today?

What would you most benefit from taking care of today? Not tomorrow, not next week. Not this month. Today. What would you most benefit from taking care of today? 

What do you want to do with the rest of your day? Bring in that intention. 

If you were able to do just one thing by the end of the day that would leave you feeling proud. What would that be? 

When you reflect on all these questions. What comes to mind? What would you like to choose to make the number one priority today? 

Notice how different your day feels today when you approach it with this new level of intention.
